Oxfordshire BarberTalk Online Training

October 19 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

FREE BarberTalk Online to equip you with new skills to support the mental wellbeing of your clients. Take care of your clients and you !

You’re more than just a barber or hairdresser.

These last few months have been incredibly challenging for all of us. We’ve all been having our own experiences of emotions and if you’ve been feeling it, so have your clients. Your clients will want to share their emotions and our BarberTalk training can help you prepare for those conversations. You’re more than just a barber or a hairdresser. You’re a safe space for someone to feel some support and kindness. This is an opportunity for you to make a difference to someone’s life.

What will you learn from BarberTalk Online training?

BarberTalk is an in-depth session that builds on the four pillars of our training to equip you with the skills to help your clients to better mental wellbeing. BarberTalk Online training will:

  • Give you the tools to RECOGNISE mental health issues in your clients
  • Equip you to be able to ASK direct questions about the emotional wellbeing of your clients
  • Refine your LISTENING skills to be present at a critical moment for your clients
  • Provide you with the resources to HELP your client find support.

The BarberTalk Online training is a 4-hour course based on our BarberTalk Live training that normally takes place in person, so we’re delighted to now be able make the training more accessible. Not only will you be able to learn directly from Tom Chapman and his team of ambassadors, you will come together with other industry cohorts to dive in to the topic of mental health, share how it impacts you and your job, and learn how you can support your clients in your role.

The virtual course will be delivered live online and we are only able to offer this FREE for Oxfordshire hair professionals for a limited period of time, so reserve your place now.
